User understands and accepts the following Agreement

Prepaid-visa.info shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely manner. However, Prepaid-visa.info makes no representations regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing, nor shall Prepaid-visa.info be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay or use of Tangible/electronic product(s). Furthermore Prepaid-visa.info makes no representations or warranties as to continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Prepaid-visa.info service, which may be affected by factors outside of Prepaid-visa.info control, or may be subject to periodic testing, repair, upgrade or maintenance.

Prepaid-visa.info reserves the right to apply at its sole discretion prevention and detection procedures and refuse the execution of transactions if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that an order is being or may be used for illegal purposes.

Prepaid-visa.info shall in no way, and under no circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses, including without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by but not limited to the following scenarios:

• Buyer is fully responsible to keep authorization/activation code for eBook product details safe and secure. Prepaid-visa.info is not held responsible if any authorization/activation Code is compromised or stole, any losses or damages will not be the liability of Prepaid-visa.info

• any fraud, deception or misrepresentations by the Buyer or some unknown entity or person

• any damages resulting from a using such an eBook product

• any errors or omissions in the website content

• the misuse of the web site content or the inability of any person to use the site

• delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system and the failure of the central computer system or any part thereof

Prepaid-visa.info service is limited to providing Customer with tangible/electronic products and does not ensure the quality, safety or legality of the transaction Customer is undertaking. Prepaid-visa.info does not have any responsibility for any tangible/electronic product(s) for which Customer pays using the Prepaid-visa.info service and will not be liable for any charges, taxes or other duties in relation to such tangible/electronic product(s).

Buyer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Prepaid-visa.info harmless against any claim brought against Prepaid-visa.info by a third party resulting from Buyer's use of Prepaid-visa.info tangible/electronic product(s) in respect of all losses, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by Prepaid-visa.info in consequence of Buyer's non observance or breach of these terms and conditions.
 

Amendments to the Agreement

Buyer agrees that this agreement may be updated, amended or clauses changed without prior notice to the Buyers.
